The hotel has lovely boutique-style rooms that were comfortable and more than enough for our needs, although they weren't adequately soundproof, leading to disturbances from nearby bars and clubs until early morning. The service went out of their way to assist us with our travel plans, and the staff were generally very friendly and helpful during interactions. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of downtown within walking distance of various attractions, shops, and restaurants, offering a mix of convenience and quiet nights. The dining experience was delicious, although extra in cost, with a good variety of Scandinavian and hot items available, presenting both traditional and gourmet options.
