The hotel has lovely boutique-style rooms that were comfortable and more than enough for our needs, although they weren't adequately soundproof, leading to disturbances from nearby bars and clubs until early morning. The service went out of their way to assist us with our travel plans, and the staff were generally very friendly and helpful during interactions. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of downtown within walking distance of various attractions, shops, and restaurants, offering a mix of convenience and quiet nights. The dining experience was delicious, although extra in cost, with a good variety of Scandinavian and hot items available, presenting both traditional and gourmet options. The facilities met our needs and were well-maintained throughout our stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of Reykjavik with modern, comfortable rooms. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay memorable. The dining experience was delightful with a great selection, and the facilities were top-notch. The only minor downside was being in an area that looked like industrial zones.

My stay at the hotel was excellent! The rooms were flooded with light all night, incredibly clean, and spacious with very high ceilings. The staff was polite, friendly, and exceptionally helpful.
